Our initial consultation is simply a conversation or meeting where we exchange ideas and begin to create your wedding ceremony.
We gather information and details about your wedding party, location of the event, music selection, etc.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
A 40% NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER
is due upon signing of a contract to secure your booking.
The Balance of Payment is to be received no less than
24 hours prior to the ceremony date.
Cancellation Policy:
The Retainer monies may be refunded if the day and time have been replaced by another booking of equal or more value than the original booking. We allow one reschedule,
subject to the availability of the Officiant.
Important Information
- Taxes: Any applicable taxes are extra.
- Travel Fees: A travel charge may apply for events held outside our standard service area.
HOWARD LOPEZ WEDDING OFFICIANT
Wedding ceremonies are performed by Howard Lopez, A.R.C.T., B.A., B.Ed., a licensed officiant in Ontario.
He offers non-denominational, inclusive services
in Prince Edward County, from Cobourg to Kingston and beyond.
With 35 years of experience as a live music and entertainment producer for corporate and wedding clients, Howard brings a unique touch to every ceremony. He has also dedicated 14 years to working with singers and choirs as a music director, choir director, and accompanist. Currently, he serves as the Music Director for an affirming congregation in Kingston.
Howard resides in the picturesque Prince Edward County with his wife. Together, they offer upscale guest suite accomodations for travelers, making it an ideal destination for couples seeking a beautiful and memorable experience.
